A fair working environment where I was offered the basics such as a good starting salary, job security and medical insurance. My talents and commitment were acknowledged, with my role slowly but surely expanding and involving more and more diverse assignments. I was given the chance to sculpt a role for myself within the team but also as a young professional. I felt my opinion was valued and I was trusted as an individual. Overhours were mostly easy to avoid through fairly good administration and, when necessary, fully compensated. Office politics were not the most pleasant to navigate nor transparent at times, which led to redundance and my eventual departure.
