It's a very large office (more than 100 people). There are small departments, and most of them usually work as individual offices on specific projects. It's not the worst environment compared to other Turkish architectural offices, but in some of these departments, especially the detailing department, you can expect a lot of overtime. The projects are nice, but nearly all the time, you are in a hurry to wrap them up to start a new one. Overall, for a start, you can gain a lot of experience here, but after that, it's very hard to manage a work-life balance.
