At AFF Architekten, I experienced an incredibly positive working environment that is friendly, peaceful, and truly fair and honest. Hierarchy was hardly felt, and everyone is treated equally. The office significantly broadened my vision and helped me grow, although as interns we occasionally took on tasks outside the architectural field.
