Drees & Sommer

Drees & Sommer is a multidisciplinary planning and consulting firm that works across a wide range of large-scale projects. I worked there as part of the BIM team within Integrated Design, where the focus was on optimizing the digital planning process. As a student employee, I was given valuable flexibility, including substantial home office options, which allowed me to balance work with my studies. However, the fast-paced environment sometimes came with high stress levels, which proved challenging. Despite this, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with different scopes, gaining a broad perspective and valuable insights into digital planning. My role responsibilities and contributions were also recognized in alignment with my position description.
