Internship
< 6 months
The team is very friendly and helpful, and you quickly feel comfortable around them. The overall vibe of the studio is positive and encouraging. One principle of the studio that I greatly appreciated is that working overtime is never expected, and they encourage architects to leave as soon as their working hours are over. However, I wish the studio's manager had engaged more with the trainees. During the entire internship, and even the interview, I never spoke with the manager, which created a sense of distance from someone who was supposed to be my inspiration and mentor.
During the internship at Camerana&Partners, responsibilities included working on a variety of projects, with a focus on educational and commercial sectors. Tasks involved creating illustrations and visualizations using software such as Rhino, Revit, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Noteworthy collaborations with the studio led to winning the 1st prize for designing a new school complex of the Comprehensive Institute of Borgo San Giuseppe.
