Georg Scheel Wetzel provides a friendly work environment on eye-to-eye level, even for interns. The hierarchies are quite flat, even as an intern I was treated as a full member of the planning team and I was equally included in decisions during the planning process. My opinions were valued and taken seriously. My working hours were just, payment higher than minimum wage and I only had to work overtime 1-2 times during my entire internship. My co-workers were young, friendly and open-minded and we occasionally hung out after work.
